Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions (except the tutorials), to the Monday Welcome Reception, the Tuesday Poster Reception, the Thursday Conference Dinner, printed material, conference-DVD, coffee breaks, and lunches.

Tutorials registration includes access to all tutorials plus printed tutorial material, the Monday Welcome Reception, tutorial lunches and coffee breaks.

Conference & Tutorials registration includes conference registration and tutorials registration.

Student registration includes access to all conference sessions (including the tutorials), to the Monday Welcome Reception, the Tuesday evening Brotzeit Reception, the Thursday Conference Dinner, conference-DVD, coffee breaks, and lunches. To qualify as a student you have to be registered as full time student at a University. A confirmation has to be faxed to +49 89 289 19462, and your student-id card has to be shown at the registration desk.

Big Buddy registrations include one full conference plus tutorials registration and two Student registrations. In case the member price is selected, all three participants have to be members.
The senior participant has to register first. Then you will receive two identification numbers which enable two students under the age of 26 to register without further cost.

The Eurographics 2009 Welcome Reception will take place in the Bavarian State Library on Monday 30th March, 2009 at 19:00. Drinks and finger food will be served. The Welcome Reception is included in all packages.

The Eurographics 2009 Brotzeit Reception will take place right after the Tuesday evening Keynote talk in the Audimax of the downtown Munich University Center. Drinks and a rustic Bavarian Brotzeit will be served. The Brotzeit Reception is included in all packages except the Tutorials only package.

The Eurographics 2009 Conference Dinner will be take place in the Hofbräuhaus on Thursday 2nd April, 2009 at 19:00. The Social Event is included in all packages except the Tutorials only package. The price for one extra ticket is 60 EUR, pre-registration is required. Please send email to the conference secretariat with subject EG09 event ticket and the number of tickets required. Payment will be made at the EG09 registraton desk.

Lunches will be served in the main lobby of the EG09 Conference Venue. Lunches are included in all packages.

Eurographics 2009 subsidises subway tickets for registered Eurographics 2009 attendees. One-day tickets can be purchased at the Eurographics 2009 registration desk. Please note that Eurographics 2009 can not sell one-week tickets. Therefore, if you need more than four one-day tickets it will be cheaper to purchase a one-week ticket at a public ticket machine.

Additional copies of the proceedings can be pre-ordered for 50 EUR. Note, that the price at the conference will be higher and the availability may be limited.
